Meat Borne Diseases

World over its the Veterinarian who is in charge of ensuring clean food ( Milk, Egg , meat and other foods of animal origin) production . The Indian Scenario is different though. Only a person with thorough knowledge of animal meat and products can ensure its safety for human consumption. The only person who can do a scientific job in this aspect is a Veterinarian.
